We optimize the account. Not just the ad spend.
Most Amazon agencies compete on one axis: who can push ACOS lower with more ad budget. That's the floor, not the differentiator. Here's what we actually do that most agencies don't.
This is a real Seller Central screenshot. Unedited.
Taken directly from a client's own Sales Dashboard, shared with their permission. 81.79% year-over-year growth, $755,924.06 in ordered product sales, on the same account referenced in our case studies. Not a mockup, not a projection, the actual Amazon Seller Central interface.
Account optimization, not ads optimization
A lower ACOS from a bigger ad budget isn't growth, it's a trade. Real growth is organic sales that don't need a dollar of ad spend to hold, Subscribe & Save and repeat-purchase retention, and knowing your real lifetime value against your real acquisition cost through Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC). DeepInsightly, our own in-build tool, is what we use to see that cohort and retention picture directly, not infer it from a shrinking ACOS number.
| Focus | Typical agency | AmzInsightly |
|---|---|---|
| Ads | Main lever, more spend to fix a plateau | Restructured for efficiency first |
| Organic | A byproduct of ad traffic | Tracked and built deliberately |
| Retention | Rarely measured | Tracked in DeepInsightly |
| LTV vs. CAC | Estimated, if at all | Measured via AMC + in-house tool |
Brand protection and Brand Registry expertise
We handle real IP violations and listing-integrity issues as a matter of course, not as a rare escalation: counterfeit claims, hijacked listings, unauthorized-seller complaints, and trademark misuse. Brand Registry disputes are procedural and Amazon-policy-specific, and getting the procedure wrong is how a legitimate complaint gets rejected. We know that procedure, and we run it the way Amazon actually expects to see it, not the way a generic template assumes.
Ex-Amazonians only, on every account
Every person on this team has worked inside Amazon and chosen to leave it to work for sellers directly. That's not a hiring preference we mention once and move on from, it's the one rule we don't make exceptions to. It means the person reading your account actually knows how the platform behaves internally, not just how the help docs describe it.
Beyond core Amazon, where it actually matters
The brands that grow fastest are rarely the ones live on the most platforms, they're the ones whose channels reinforce each other. We run direct advertising for WFMOA (Whole Foods Market on Amazon) and Amazon Fresh vendors the same way we run core Amazon Ads, so budget, creative, and search-term learnings move between channels instead of resetting at each one. A win on Amazon Fresh informs the Amazon Ads structure the same week, not next quarter.
